SPLENDIDO SOGGIORNO Ho soggiornato presso l'appartamento con la mia famigla nel periodo pasquale. L'appartamento era molto pulito e fornito di tutto quanto potessere essere utile al soggiorno. Inoltre appartamento luminoso, silenzioso e molto confortevole. Appartamento da consigliare !!!

Très bel appartement, avec situation idéale à Florence Appartement très confortable et spacieux, avec une grande terrasse donnant sur une cour calme. Décoration raffinée. L'appartement se situe à 7 minutes à pieds du Duomo. Accueil très sympathique.

Comodità e relax in un ampio appartamento L'appartamento è situato appena all'interno della ZTL dal lato dei Giardini D'Azeglio, in posizione utile per girare tutta la città a piedi. Sono presenti nelle immediate vicinanze bar, ristoranti e un supermercato aperto anche la domenica. Comodo, accogliente, ben arredato e rifinito, l'appartamento ha risposto pienamente all'aspettative e alla descrizione inserita sul sito. La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che serve per la preparazione dei pasti. le camere sono ampie e luminose, il terrazzo è un vero gioiello di calma che consente un relax immediato dopo i faticosi tour per la città. Il proprietario è una persona cordiale e disponibile che fornisce tutti i particolari utili per un soggiorno veramente confortevole. In conclusione l'appartamento è altamente consigliabile per piccoli gruppi o famiglie anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Dream appartment in Firenze The apartment is in an excellent location. Beautiful apartment This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was like staying in a 5-star, boutique hotel but with a beautiful new kitchen with modern appliances. The terrace is lovely. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the sunshine and lush garden and fruit trees. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with a little market down the street as well as some nice restaurants close by. It is also walking distance to all the sites of downtown Florence. We really enjoyed our time here! The hosts were also very friendly and attentive.

Luxury stay in Florence We truly appreciated this spacious apartment with its very comfortable vintage furnishings and comfortable beds. Kitchen was modern and technically amazing! For once a location that doesn’t smell IKEA in each angle. Terrace was large, quiet and lovely. The manager in charge of the apartment was very helpful and attentive. Gracie!

Great location, Amazing Communication, Tons of Space Location Location Location, close to everything in Florence right on the edge of the limited traffic zone. We walked to everything without any problems. The Guest Contact was great, and even got us setup with Dinner reservations on a Friday night the day before. Book it, you'll have an amazing stay.

Excellent apartment in Florence We had an excellent stay at this incredible apartment in downtown Florence - everything was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you need, and the apartment is bright, airy and has plenty of space. Communication with the owner was easy and super fast. The terrace is an amazing spot to sip a coffee and watch and listen to the birds in the morning...as well as a perfect place after a long day to relax and have a drink at night. Excellent!

Amazing Property This was the highlight of our trip to Italy. This apartment was in a fantastic location…we walked to every place we wanted to go…all of the attractions were 15-20 minutes away. The apartment has everything you will possibly need and what can I say about our host!! He was amazing and provided us with great recommendations for food and was in constant contact to see how everything was going. We would go back in a heartbeat!! Grazie. The perfect place to stay The apartment was everything we hoped it would be. We were particularly taken with the beautiful balcony, scented with lemon blossom and catching the morning sun, as we wanted somewhere peaceful to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings and this was perfect (even if the weather limited our use). The apartment is huge and well equipped, the bed in the main bedroom extremely comfortable (the only one we used). It was very easy to get into the centre of Flornce on foot (and return by bus when we were all walked out) and we loved the local area too, shopping in the Sant’Ambrogio market and eating in several extremely good local restaurants. The host was excellent, communicating clearly before and during our stay, and we would love to return next time we come back to Florence.

Absolutely Perfect There is not a single thing I can suggest to improve this apartment. It is perfect. It is extremely spacious -- with three single women, it was far more room than we needed, but we loved it. The terrace is lovely. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Check-in process was easy, and we were able to check in a little early, which was very nice since we'd flown through the night and were pretty tired. We had an easy time walking to everything. We appreciated the grocery store around the corner and the park (with very unique carousel) at the end of the block. I really can't say enough about this apartment. Comfortable and gracious and perfect in every way. Highly recommended!

Great Location, Roomy Apartment It was a great location outside of the city but nothing was too far to get to by foot since Florence is a small city. Since it was in a more local area nearby food was delicious!

Amazing Experience! This apartment was beyond our expectations! A. met us when we arrived to explain everything and was great with helpful hints about places to eat. The location is great and easy to get to everywhere. There are bus stops close as well. The terrace is amazing here for breakfasts or dinners. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Safe neighbourhood with a great coffee spot right on the corner. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Best Place in Florence to stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this property! Check in was a breeze, and the apartment is perfect for a small group. Lots of bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a large living and dining room with a huge terrace! The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay again! Better than 5 stars!!! Wonderful We loved our stay here. It was a short walk to everything (even the football game). The apartment is very comfortable for 4+ people and the outdoor terrance is wonderful! Very clean and spacious.

Fantastic Location This apartment was spectacular: Very roomy, wonderful patio overlooking a court area, clean and well stocked, and only minutes away from the best of Florence. Park in a garage while you are there: Best place was on Borgo Pinti by Piaza Massimo D’Azeglio, which is only a 5 minute walk through this park. This apartment is also near many fine restaurants on Borgo la Croce.

Beautiful experience The apartment is large and well located near buses, market, restaurants, a park and city center. Note that copies of passports must be emailed in advance and two keys can be provided. Contact was helpful and we enjoyed ou stay. We recommend.

Best of a 3 week trip thru Greece/Italy Spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen and the greatest terrace ever! Would highly recommend this place. Easy walking to sites, excellent restaurants close by and in a quiet neighborhood. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great Stay! Let me start with- This apartment was probably about 2-3 times larger than any other apartment we stayed at during our time in Italy. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms along with other living space. Washer worked well (hint- There is a drying rack under one of the beds) and we had everything we needed during our stay. We didn't get to use the terrace as much as we would have liked, but really enjoyed it when we could. Having additional touches like wireless charging pads throughout the house was a great bonus!

Nice unit and wonderful host This is a very nice 2-b & 2- br apartment in a quiet neighborhood, easily within walking distance to major tourist attractions. There is a food market, a convenient store and a bakery, all within a block. Host A. is very accommodating and warmly welcome us in person, patiently explaining to us local things we found very useful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

Exceptional stay in Florence Everything about our stay was exceptional! The hosts couldn't have been more wonderful! They went above and beyond in terms of assistance and sweet goodies that they left for us. If you get a chance, go to the hosts restaurant. The food and service were exceptional. The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a lovely terrace., They thought of everything. And were VERY available to answer any questions that we had. If we have the good fortune to be in Florence again, we would definitely stay here. Can't recommend the hosts and the apartment highly enough.

Don’t miss this experience in Florence A. and J. were the consummate hosts. The Florence apartment was spacious, well appointed, and centrally located. A. provided advice and Florentine knowledge. Upon request, A. and his colleague and friend Valeria, a seasoned and accomplished tour leader and guide provided a cooking lesson of traditional Florentine lunch/dinner items. Great fun, great company, and a lot of great food. We will come back to Italy and hope to come back to Florence. Our experience in Florence could not have been better. Wish we could have stayed longer The apartment is beautifully designed and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. We were three women staying there, and we could easily find space to be alone. The terrace is a lovely space at any time of day. The communication with Allessandro was second-to-none. We highly recommend this apartment.

Florence New Year We had an amazing stay. J., A. and V. are very professional, nice, helpful and prompt. This condo was a delight. We were three adults travelling together and it answered to our every need. Super clean, spacious, comfortable with all the required amenities. The building and surrounding neighbor is upscale and quite quiet. Grocery store around the corner and about a 10 min walk to the center of Florence. The walk to get to centre town goes thru fun busy streets with cafes, stores, etc. We were there at New Years so it was quite chilly - but not chilly enough to keep us from participating in all the festivities. We also did some cycling and jogging to the other side of the river and beyond. The cycling/jogging path begins about 5 mins from the condo. It was great! We would like to come back in early summer to experience the lovely patio with lemon tress that is part of this condo. It must be wonderful have coffee outside surrounded by citrus trees in bloom. We highly recommend this condo to those who care about where they call home during a stay in Florence. We give this condo an A++++ rating. Well done.

great stay in florence The apartment was as presented in the pictures and more. Check in was efficient and easy. The place was modern , spacious and well taken care of. The location was great and easy to get to any place in Florence. The best part was the outdoor balcony/patio. The only negative would be that two bedrooms faced the street and there was some street noise during that day, but no big deal.

High end and Gorgeous! We were two couples traveling together and this apartment exceeded our expectations! Perfectly furnished and clean with a stocked kitchen of utensils and cooking / dining supplies. We went to the market and then cooked a fabulous dinner. Beds were comfortable, We hung on the balcony drinking wine and admiring the lemon trees and gardenias and even ate a few ripe cherry tomatoes from the vines. The Duomo is only 10 minute interesting walk. There is no elevator but eh, you get used to it😊. Loved it!

Great Stay Comfortable apartment in a great location

We had a great week in Florence. Casa Firenze is within a half hour walking distance of all the main sites - Duomo, Pitti Palace, Accademia and Uffizi to name a few. Valeria and Chiara bent over backwards to help us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location My friend and I loved our stay in this beautiful home in Florence. The communication from the owner was clear, and our orientation to the home and the area was very helpful. The area was quiet and the apartment was secure. The location was convenient for walking from the Duomo to the Piazza de Michelangelo. I would love to stay here again.

Absolute gem My friends and I spent 12 nights at this apartment and it was superb. We could not fault anything. A. was terrific, helpful in every way and excellent at keeping in touch. The location is accessible to all Galleries, museums, bus routes with a plethora of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is large and we ate breakfast on the terrace every morning and evening aperitifs. Great. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can highly recommend it. Best place in Firenze!! What a great place to stay in Florence. So much room for an adult family of five. We were so close to all the major sites but not on a busy, noisy thorough fare. Loved having my caffe out on the terrace each morning. Will definitely come back here again

What a great place, location, and people to work with. I don’t know how to properly describe how happy we were with this property. The apartment is beautiful, and fully supplied with everything you need. Communications with the owner were easy, and working with A., the owner’s property manager, was nothing short of pleasurable. When we arrived via train, I called A., and he met us at the apartment. He reviewed the area and gave us a tour of the apartment. He was available for any questions we had during our entire stay, and helped us with our bags on arrival and departure. The apartment was stocked with some treats for when we arrived. There was a bottle of wine, butter, jam, bread, chocolate, cookies, juice, and other items. It was a very nice touch to welcome us to this beautiful apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, and has a fabulous terrace that overlooks a courtyard. The terrace is lined with olive, lemon, and fig trees. It also has many beautiful flowers. Although the weather was a little rainy, we still enjoyed sitting out on the terrace when we could. The WI-FI in the apartment was very good and had no dead areas. The big screen TV and the stereo both worked very well, and the furniture was very comfortable. I would like to thank A. again for his kindness and help. Florence is a beautiful city, and he is quite the ambassador for it. If you are looking for a great place, 10 minute walk from the heart of Florence, then look no further. I will be recommending this to all of my friends in the States . Thanks again!

Best Location in Florence! My husband and I just spent 5 nights at this gorgeous apartment in Florence. This apartment is not only centrally located, with bus stops right in front of the apartment, but is lavishly furnished. It is large enough to comfortably accommodate 2 couples, even has 2 extra twin beds to accommodate even more. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a large completely stocked kitchen, a washing machine, a microwave oven, wifi, and a huge terrace. The hosts were amazing! They were easy to communicate with, and provided us with plenty of food, wine and coffee to keep us from having to shop immediately. We will definitely stay here any time we are in Florence!

Beautiful apartment We were able to use the whole apartment for 2 couples. It is beautifully decorated and in a great location. The bus stops right outside the building and all the major sites are in walking distance. There is a grocery store and a fresh market less than 2 blocks way. We were greeted by the manager when we arrived and had a bowlful of strawberries on the table. There was food in the refrigerator for breakfast the next morning and there are basic supplies in the kitchen. There is even a dishwasher. The apartment is spacious and a large patio surrounded with plants (even lemon trees) was available for our use. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful spacious apartment and it made out stay in Florence special.

Fabulous in Florence What a wonderful experience! A. had been in touch with us the day before our arrival, and was waiting to greet us at the apartment, not only show us around, but to make us feel welcome. Everything had been thought of, from special treats in the refrigerator, to breakfast items and sweets. The apartment is beyond beautiful, spacious and well appointed, and accommodated the four of us extremely comfortably. Everything we could of needed was within a short walk, and A. ensured that we had a sense of our surroundings by providing maps and Florence guide books. The terrace to the apartment opens into a shared courtyard, and between the lemon trees, the plants, it offers a welcome serenity at the end of a long day of exploration. Fabulous apartment We’ve stayed in many apartments in Italy and France over the past twenty years and this was the best ever. Very well equipped with every amenity; spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The roof garden was beautiful and the suite of rooms leading to the roof garden were light and airy and a pleasure to use to relax after busy days sightseeing. Jens and Allesandro were helpful with all our enquiries and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is well situated close to city centre with regular buses running outside the door and a food market, small supermarkets and other shops and cafes close by. We’ll definitely use this apartment on future visits to Florence.

Wonderful home base for enjoying Florence This was the perfect place to stay during our week's vacation in Florence. We were two couples traveling together. Each couple had their own wing of the spacious apartment, including a large bedroom, separate full bath, and sitting area. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean, handsomely furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The weather was too cool for us to spend much time on the terrace, but in warmer weather that would be a lovely place to relax. Our hosts even left us a gift of basic foods that meant we had little need to shop for groceries. The location was ideal, close to many excellent restaurants and a short walk from the sites we wanted to visit. Our host A. was available by text to answer all questions and requests promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better Florence experience.

Better than advertised We were so thrilled with this home! It is extremely spacious - the bedrooms look just as advertised but the whole place is very large, so it's good for a group. We were only 3 adults but more could stay there comfortably. We didn't have great weather for the patio but it is truly stunning. It's no more than 15 min walk from anything we wanted to see. Most importantly, A. was extremely responsive and accommodating - he was able to meet us early the first day to check-in and called a taxi for us to get to the train station when we left. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. I couldn't recommend this more!

Excellent place to stay in Florence Florence was a little too cold in December to use the terrace, but the rest of the house was great. Close to all Florence sites, on a major bus route, close to many good restaurants and a number of grocery store close by . What more can you ask for. The landlord was also helpful and was able to gets us in a little early the First day, Thanks for helping too make our visit to Florence very injoyable.

excellent apartment This was an unusually large, well equipped, beautiful apartment. If you can manage walking up two flights of stairs, this apartment was an absolute delight. The washing machine worked well. There is no electric dryer, as is apparently standard in Europe. The location is excellent. No more than a 15 minute walk to most of the major attractions- Uffizi, Duomo, etc. A., the owner/manager, is a delightful man and very accommodating. He carried our luggage up to the room, gave us a tour of the apartment, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and a nearby grocery store. He even reserved a taxi for us to carry us to the airport at vacation’s end. If we return to Florence, I would eagerly stay at this apartment again.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Florenz Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, ruhig gelegen mit einer phantastischen Terrasse. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Toll war, dass der Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung bereits für uns mit kleinen Leckereien, Milch und Prosecco gefüllt war. Einfach perfekt! Dazu liegt die Wohnung in einem sehr netten Stadtteil, in dem wir uns abends - nach der Stadtbesichtigung - sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das beste Eis haben wir hier auch gefunden! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann von hier aus bequem die Stadt zu Fuß erobern. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Top Service, Lage und Qualität Wir (5 Erwachsene) haben vier wundervolle Tage in Florenz verbracht. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen: Superschöne Terrasse, sehr freundlicher Empfang, top Ausstattung und eine perfekte Lage, um die Erkundungstour für Florenz zu starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, angenehmes Quartier und ein Willkommens-Starter-Kit. Einfach Perfekt! Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Beautiful, large apartment with a wonderful terrace in a great location! The owner was very attentive and made everything about our stay in Florence easy and wonderful! There is so much space for 4+ people. And the best part is the large, private terrace. It was a reallly fantastic place to stay!

Vacances parfaites à Florence Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille grâce à la qualité de l'appartement et de l'accueil de notre hôte. La communication s'est très bien passée et a permis de faciliter grandement notre séjour. A refaire!

Großzügige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragende Dachterrasse, netter Kontakt Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten. Der Kontakt mit A., der für die Betreuung der Wohnung / Gäste zuständig ist, verlief äußerst unkompliziert. Er war sehr höflich und bei spontan aufkommenden Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Auch das Stadtviertel mit der Markthalle, den Bars und den vielen kleinen Boutiquen gefiel uns sehr. Die Wohnung und ihre Lage haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir Florenz gerne wieder besuchen würden.

Wunderschönes, geschmackvolles Ambiente in optimaler Lage Wir haben deutlich gemerkt, dass der Besitzer die Wohnung selbst nutzt. Die Möblierung ist weit über Standard und sehr geschmackvoll. Durch die Größe ist es herrlich geräumig und auch bei großer Hitze wunderbar kühl. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Trotz aller Ruhe erlebt man das mediterrane Gefühl. Hierher kommen wir gern zurück.

Super-Wohnung in Super-Lage Sehr geräumige, toll eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Zur Straße geben doppelte Fenster die nötige Ruhe, zum Hof ist es so ruhig, dass man sich manchmal fragte, wo die ganzen Menschen sind. Anbindung zum Zentrum gut 10 Minuten fussläufig oder mit Bushaltestelle vorm Haus. Lebensmittelgeschäft um die Ecke, Restaurants auch fussläufig. Unseren nächsten Florenz-Aufenthalt werden wir wohl nach der Verfügbarkeit dieser Wohnung planen.

Traumhafte Wohnung Die stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit der tollen Terasse hat uns 4 Frauen sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr ruhig (dank gut isolierter Fenster) und wird hervorragend betreut. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsgelegenheiten auf einem Markt und auch in einem Supermarkt, der auch sonntags geöffnet ist. Von der Wohnung ist das Zentrum nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Vermieter und Betreuer waren sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns in dieser tollen Wohnung von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder mieten, wenn wir nach Florenz kommen. Und wir können sie auch uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke für eine schöne Woche in Florenz.

Traumhafte Wohnung Die Wohnung ist traumhaft. Sie ist sehr sauber. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Und sie ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt. Vermieter und Betreuer sind sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sie standen uns beide mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und auch andere Märkte für die, die einen Supermarkt nicht betreten. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten und können Sie auch uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

parfait un très bel appartement, spacieux et agréable, bien situé et avec la possibilité de faire des courses à 2 pas (marché, supérettes). un accueil très sympathique, avec des produits de bienvenue à l'arrivée (pannetone, vin, café, produits de première nécessité). Bref je recommande vivement et reviendrai à une meilleure saison pour profiter de la terrasse et de ses magnifiques citronniers !

splendide appartement, calme et espace L'appartement est vraiment immense : nous étions un couple et 2 adultes single : nous avons apprécie les 2 belles salles de bains et les chambres très spacieuses. Du fait du temps maussade, nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse . ni les 2 salons car la cuisine bien équipée nous suffisait pour dîner. L’arrêt de bus en bas de l'immeuble est appréciable pour aller à la gare. Le marché couvert san ambrogio à 5 mn ist très pratique. le double vitrage est efficace: on n'entends pas la rue . Du fait des beaux jardins sur cour, il peut y avoir des moustiques si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes . A. a été très souple et a eu la gentillesse de s'adapter à nos horaires d'arrivée.

Stilvolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage Eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung, wenige Gehminuten bis in die Altstadt und eine sehr ruhige, grüne Terrasse laden zum perfekten Kurzurlaub mitten in Florenz ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an unseren sehr aufmerksamen, netten Vermieter. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gern weiter.

Maravilloso piso Hemos podido disfrutar de unos días en Florencia y tenido la suerte de alojarnos en este piso. Es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Está muy limpio y con una esmerada decoración. Nos da la sensación de estar en casa. Es de toda confianza. Muy bien situado. El recibimiento por parte de Alexandro fue excelente y también su madre fue muy amable ayudándonos a contactar con un taxi. Después de un día de larga caminata por el centro se agradece poder cenar en la terraza rodeados de plantas. Total relax. Muy recomendable.

Nice flat We , a group of 5 , spent 1 week in this nice place in Florence . The flat is very spacious and provides enough intimicy for 2 groups as 2 bed rooms are pretty much isolated from the principal bed-room . In fact the 2 bed-rooms near the entrance can even be separated by a cristal door...so to say you can make 2 flats out of 1 as there is even a small studio kitchen in the bed-room next to the entrance . Although the building seems pretty old , like most things in Florence , the flat seems to have undergone extensive renovation works only a few years ago . The 2 bathroom and the kitchen are modern and everything is working fine . The living area consists of two separate rooms with nice furniture giving access to the terrace full of pots with plants such as tomatoes , lemons , peaches , peppers and figs overviewing an inner patio of several block of buildings . A. told us to help ourselves and more than 1 salad had home grown ingredients which we enjoyed very much as this made us feel even more at home . Worth mentioning is that it is a second floor flat with no lift . Although the rooms facing the road have modern double windows the bus stop in front of the building can ocassionally be a little noisy as the buses stop to pick up passengers even before 7 am . The flat is situated within the traffic restricted part of Florence so we had to park about 300m away just across the main inner traffic belt of Florence . Usually not too big a problem to find a parking space in the blue zone which is free from 8pm to 9 am . During day time it is 1,50€ per hour . Highly recommendable place to stay as you will find that it is 3 to 4 star accomodation once you enter the flat .

Superbes vacances à Florence ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Florence. L'appartement est superbe et les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment sa qualité. Appartement très spacieux, avec tout le confort. Il est tout proche du centre et des sites, nous avons tout fait à pied. Très gentille attention du propriétaire à l'arrivée avec une bouteille et un gâteau. La terrasse est superbe, même si en janvier on y passe peu de temps... A. est très accueillant, très aimable et discret. Nous vous recommandons cette location!

ESTUPENDO Hemos ido 5 personas y todas hemos quedado encantadas con el piso, el entorno, supermercados cerca, autobus enfrente, Alexander,que nos atendió al llegar y al irnos, muy agradable y todo ha sido muy positivo. A 10 minutos del Duomo y resto de monumentos, el piso acogedor y muy bonito. Tenemos intención de volver a Florencia y sin dudar a este piso, y también decir que su dueño es muy amable, aunque el trato haya sido solo por email. RECOMENDABLE 100%

Casa Firenze **** ! We spent a week in the appartment and it was just perfect. The appartment is really pretty, comfortable, big, in a nice area close a market and small trattorie, away from the touristic center but still within a walking distance to it.... What else???

Un endroit de charme à Florence Un grand appartement de haut standing, meublé et décoré avec distinction, situé tout près d'un marché couvert, de commerces, et du centre ville, dans le quartier à circulation limité mais on peut se garer facilement à proximité. La grande terrasse est magique pour une ambiance romantique. Wifi impeccable. Accueil très amical de M. A.. Franchement, bravo : location au-dessus de tout soupçon, ce fut parfait pour une famille de deux parents et trois grands enfants.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, Superzentrale Lage, perfekte Ausstattung und ein netter Vermieter! Was wünscht man sich meh?! Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch in der Casa Firenze!

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! ... Die am Rande des historischen Stadtkerns gelegene Wohnung ist zugleich geschmackvoll, liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schafzimmer, zwei davon mit (schallisolierten) Fenstern zur belebten Straße, eines mit weitem Blick auf ruhige grüne Innenhöfe und toskanische Häuser. In der gemütlichen Wohnküche mit demselben schönen Blick findet man alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Fünf Personen finden am Tisch Platz. Die beiden Wohnzimmer laden mit edlen und bequemen Couchgarnituren zum Sitzen und Verweilen ein. Praktisch sind die zwei Bäder, beide mit WC, Bidet und komfortabler Dusche versehen. Besonderes Schmuckstück der Wohnung ist die großzügige Terrasse mit den vielen liebevoll gezogenen Obst- und anderen Bäumchen in Terracotta-Töpfen. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich. Man kann problemlos in zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten laufen. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Florenz und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement idéalement si... Appartement idéalement situé pour toutes les visites de la ville. Très propre et très spacieux et très lumineux. Le plus, une grande terrasse pour un repas au soleil. Le propriétaire ainsi que Mr Alessendro sont très aimables. C'est un appartement que je recommande aux personnes voulant profiter au maximum d'un séjour à Florence.

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und entspricht gehobenen Ansprüchen. Bei einer Belegung von mehr als 4 Personen wird es allerdings am Eßtisch eng. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schöne, große Terasse an der Rückfront. Die Bushaltestelle, u.a. auch für die Stadtrundfahrten, befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Haus, die Innenstadt ist jedoch auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Übernahme war völlig problemlos. Fazit: Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen, da hoher Wohlfühl-Faktor."

The apartment for our 5 w... The apartment for our 5 weeks was a spectacular success. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and elegant. The location is very convenient with easy bus access across the street from the front door. (The double pane windows eliminate any street noise.) Best of all is the beautiful and spacious terrace which looks out into a wooded area. You can hear birds singing and see green which is actually pretty rare in Firenze centro. The owner was very accommodating. Rave reviews !
